OBJECTIVE: Health authorities are constantly seeking new ways to balance healthcare expenditures. To investigate this issue, we compared the costs generated by different types of medical practice (i.e., conventional (CM-Hekim), homeopathic (Ho-Hekim), or mixed (Mx-Hekim)) in French general medicine.
