The aim of this study is to evaluate the effects of homeopathy (Ho), complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) in primary care, according to physician practice preferences (PPP), on clinical progress, drug consumption, side effects, and loss of therapeutic opportunity in patients with musculoskeletal disorders (MSD) treated with conventional medicine (Mx) or conventional medicine alone (CM).
